Image Ten Photography: Terms and Service Agreement

By ordering any service from Image Ten Photography and, you agree to the following Service Agreement for all products and services offered. These terms are subject to change without notice.


Cancelation & Reschedule Policy

When you schedule any service on our website, a strict 6 hour prior to appointment cancellation policy will be enforced. You will receive a text reminder 12 hours before your shoot. If the client fails to cancel the appointment via our website less than 6 hours in advance, this will be considered  a no show and will be billed 60% of the total package price.  With this said, we do understand that emergencies happen and can be handled on a case by case basis.  It is the sole discretion of Image Ten Photography to apply or not to apply the cancellation policy. If weather threatens a shoot, the Photographer will shoot the interior as normal and will come back to shoot the exterior at a later date for no additional charge and will be at the earliest convenience of Image Ten Photography.  Image Ten Photography reserves the right to send a qualified photographer of it’s choice, to perform this or any task.


During Your Shoot

We encourage all clients to read though our Home Preparation sheet located on our homepage at  This ensures that our photographers maximize time on site and will surely make your home more marketable to potential buyers!  It’s a win-win so please consider every suggestion carefully. Especially suggestions regarding your exterior, pets, and removing clutter and unnecessary items.    



Image Ten Photography is licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration under regulation 14CFR PART 107 and is therefore subject to strict rules and regulations set forth by the FAA and United States Government, State, and local laws. If we are unable to fly for any reason, there will be no charge for this service.  The ultimate decision is left to the Pilot in Command and no other person. It is our goal and their duty to ensure a safe flight. If weather is a concern, typically rain or high wind, we will reschedule for another day and time at no additional charge and at the convenience of Image Ten Photography.



Some large properties may require proofing of images and the selection of your favorite images to edit.  In this case, we will send you detailed instructions how to choose your favorites and provide you with login credentials.  Ask your photographer for details. Proofs are made available by 10pm the day of your shoot and selections must be made as soon as possible or by 12 noon the following day.  Any delay on your part will push the delivery time up another 24 hours. Delivery of the final product will then by 72 hours after shoot time.




We do everything possible to deliver your order as close to 48 hours after your shoot ends.  Rarely can we offer a turn around time less than 48 hours. If you need to rush delivery, please let us know so we can do what we can to make that happen.  However, nothing is guaranteed. Please note: Images from all Saturday and Sunday appointments will not be delivered until after 3pm the following Monday. Production delays due to client provided digital assets, graphics, text, or other necessary items to complete the project, will result in delivery beyond 48 hours.


For those who do not need their order in 48 hours, we would love for you to let us know so we can prioritize our workload and be as efficient as possible.      


Payment Policy


All Major Credit cards and PayPal are accepted.  Delivery is always post payment. Most deliveries will be made overnight or early morning.  We suggest keeping a valid credit card on file with us to expedite delivery of your order.
